We specialise in printing Your Brand onto Shade cloth and Banner Mesh.  We use a full high-definition digital print process to give vibrant clear colours that stand out and define your brand.

Printing onto outdoor shade cloth used to be done using a screen-printing method. This method is much slower and involves the manufacture of large screens.  Digital printing does away with this allowing us to print much more quickly and accurately.

Our new process involves state-of-the-art digital printing equipment to deliver you the best result possible.

Printing Options

We print onto 3 types of material. We usually print onto a white material.

Standard-grade  Shadecloth

Printing on Standard Grade shade cloth is suitable for large size images where great detail is not required.  It  is best suited to printing large logos or simple text.

The weave is relatively opened and the fabric offers approximately 30% opacity.

Premium-grade Shadecloth

Premium grade shade cloth offers a higher quality base material on which to print.  It is a much denser knit pattern and as such the logo or text stands out more clearly.

The weave is much tighter than the standard grade shade cloth and the premium grade offers approximately 65-70% opacity.

Banner Mesh

Banner mesh is different to shade cloth and offers a superior print medium.  It has a tightly knitted weave and the material is specifically designed to absorb the ink.  This makes it more suitable for printing detailed logos, photos images and text.

Banner mesh is the print medium of choice when you need a very high quality result.

Technical Details

We print using state of the art digital technology.  We use special inks which are UV stabilised and to etch into the fabric.

Printing onto HDPE shade cloth is a very specialised process and requires the correct inks, printers and materials.

Standard Grade Shade cloth Technical Details

• Rolls are 50 metres in length
• Rolls are 1.83 metres high
• Rolls have reinforced button eyelets top and bottom
• Offers approx 30% Opacity

Premium Grade Shade Cloth Technical Details

• Rolls are 50 metres in length
• Rolls are 1.83 metres high
• Rolls have reinforced button eyelets top and bottom
• Offers approx 65-70% Opacity

Banner Mesh Technical Details

• Rolls are 50 metres in length
• Roll height is 1.6 metres
• Hems are vinyl reinforced with stainless steel eyelets
